I just recently purchased this necklace for my boyfriend and I for V-day and we both love how clean and stylish these pendants look. The quality of the puzzle pieces are suberb! They have a very contemporary look and are sleek, but also very stylish. They were also just the right size to be worn as a pendant for both him and I where it doesn't look overpowering and cheesy when worn. Overall, this was a great purchase. We both LOVE these pendants. Although, my boyfriend and I did have a minor problem with the cords that came with the pendants because the latch wouldn't lock properly, we had replacements shipped out to us right away with no hassle or questions asked. The customer service for this company is outstanding! They replied to my inquiry within a couple of hours and I am currently waiting for the new replacements to be shipped. I highly recommend this company to anyone and will be recommending this company to my friends and family as well. Thank you M+Y steel for your great products and top-knotch customer service! :)

You can not get a better product or customer service. The product I ordered was better than I expected. I purchased a pendent and though it came with a necklace that I did not plan to use it was received broken. I contacted customer service and had a replacement and an upgraded necklace sent to me right away no questions asked free of charge. Outstanding company, I would recommend them to anyone.
